Mr. Jones, the managing equity partner of Jones, Hurley and Hand, P.A., is widely known as one of the foremost workers' compensation litigators in the State of Florida. As the managing partner and one of the pillars of the firm, he assures that the firm continues to uphold the highest levels of service to our clients, all the while maintaining the highest ethical standards in doing so.
Mr. Jones was born and raised in Florida, and he received his Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, having received a full athletic scholarship. He then earned his law Degree from Mercer University in 1987. He was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year.
On a personal note, Mr. Jones and wife are the parents of two children and have three grandchildren. He had the privilege of coaching football and working as an athletic director at Colonial High School for eleven years. He is also a member of the Boone High School Athletic Hall of Fame.
