Steven is a partner of Jones, Hurley & Hand, P.A. and managing partner of the firm’s Tampa office. He represents employers, self-insured entities and carriers in workers’ compensation, employment, general liability and appellate matters.
Before joining the firm in 1996, he tried more than 100 jury cases as an Assistant State Attorney with Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit.

Steven brings substantial jury-trial experience to the development of workers’ compensation and civil matters. His practice also includes appeals and the strategic issues that shape the record from the beginning.
