Robert is an equity partner of Jones, Hurley & Hand, P.A. He has extensive experience defending workers’ compensation matters, from general accident and injury claims to complex litigation involving repetitive injury and exposure.
His practice also includes civil litigation, contracts, subrogation and employment law.

Before entering law, Robert practiced as a financial consultant. He joined the firm after graduating from Vanderbilt University School of Law and became a partner and shareholder three years later.

Raised in a small Kansas town, Robert moved with his wife and high-school sweetheart to Norman, Oklahoma, where he earned a finance degree from the University of Oklahoma and graduated third in his class.
He later earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1993 and was admitted to the Florida Bar that year.
