She has tried numerous PEO matters involving issues ranging from alleged fraud to complex medical disputes.

Kristin has handled numerous appeals and has successfully argued before Florida’s First District Court of Appeal.

Born in Warren and raised in Cortland, Ohio, Kristin graduated summa cum laude from Washington & Jefferson College with a concentration in political science. She later earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law.
