Kimberly is a partner with the firm. She has extensive workers’ compensation experience, from general accident claims to repetitive-injury and first-responder matters.

She works closely with claims departments and employers so that the strategy for each matter responds to the client’s needs.

Experience from hearing through appeal.

Kimberly has defended workers’ compensation appeals from Florida’s First District Court of Appeal through the Florida Supreme Court.

Close client communication, disciplined litigation and appellate perspective.

She has also litigated discrimination and retaliation claims in state and federal court, defended employer disciplinary actions before civil service boards and in arbitration, and handled subrogation and personal-injury matters.
