As a former Judge of Compensation Claims, Mr. Condry brings over thirty years of litigation experience with committed dedication to the service of our clients. A native Floridian and son of a career army officer, Mr. Condry travelled extensively during his formative years residing in the states of Texas, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia and Hawaii. Mr. Condry received his Bachelor's Degree in Government, his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and his Law Degree from Florida State University.

Mr. Condry was admitted to the Florida Bar in January of 1984. He worked as a staff attorney for the Florida Department of Insurance Division of Rehabilitation and Liquidation before entering military service with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corp in 1985. There he honorably served as a legal assistance and a trial defense attorney, receiving the Army Commendation Medal for his service. Mr. Condry thereafter entered the private practice of law in 1988 in Insurance Defense. He became a founding partner with the law firm of Broussard, Condry and Willett in 1992. In December of 2000, Mr. Condry was appointed by former Florida Governor Jeb Bush as a Judge of Workers’ Compensation Claims. He honorably served in that capacity for over sixteen years through March of 2017. As a judge he presided over workers’ compensation cases originating in Orange, Seminole, Lake and Osceola Counties. After his departure from the bench, he mediated workers’ compensation claims. He is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator, and he has been designated “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell, the most authoritative and widely consulted directory of lawyers in the United States.

Mr. Condry and his wife are proud parents of two children. He is actively involved in men’s ministries and is an avid reader and sports enthusiast.
